Victims of perpetrators who work in a professional capacity
Victims of "professional" perpetrators i.e., physicians, dentists and psychologists, may have a good chance of collecting both from their perpetrators and their perpetrators' malpractice insurance carriers. The victims need only show that the victimization took place during the course of or as part of the perpetrators' professional employment. In this regard, the location of the crime scene might be important.

I want five minutes alone with the psychos abusing my son, or better still a supnena of tapes of the jail showing my sons eating habits,,,,,,either way c/o means care of SLC County Metro a self ran facility
guess I have a lot bottled up but I can't stop trying he's my son and a really good boy, that has really poor judgment always hanging around the only people who will except his odd ways and he doesn't deserve this treatment nor does anyone else he has civil rights he is a human being, he is not an animal. This situation would make a criminal out of anyone who's child is being abused by the very people supposedly motoed to uphold the law.....wtf
he also has a right to have medical to make sure this mal nutrional state doesn't even come into play... last I checked I live in the United States born here and my dad served 32 years for this country, I myself was a security officer looking at becoming a correctional , sooooooooooooo glad I didn't cuz I would have turned in anyone mistreating an already punished inmate.
