My son was finally transferred back to court for his arraignment he is in a prison 6 hours away and this court date has been scheduled 5 times since January so his atty and I have waited in court each time and DOC didn't bring him and now they bring him on a day when he isn't even on the docket. so I missed it and his atty had to run over there. So his sentencing was scheduled for mon and then I get a call that it was moved to today At least I was there today. I had been so worried because he hadn't called me now I find out he couldn't because they hadn't given him a PIN number to use the phone which I still had money in the account when he was there in dec he had asked constantly for it and they never gave it to him . On top of that they didn't give him all of his psych meds since he got there. Even though this jail is close to home I hope he is sent back Tom so he can get his meds correctly. This has been an ongoing battle at this jail. But the good news is that his sentences will run concurrently with no added time. Thank God. For small farvors.
