Overwhelmed mom.. Legal mail

Good morning ladies, I have a question and I ope someone can help me. I need to get my sons legal file to him his attorney that I paid thousands to has not done not one damn thing since my son was sentenced. I need to know the proper procedures to follow. I'm so overwhelmed with this my son had to file his own appeal as well. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

    I would make that call first to the CO.. then if its the Warden so be it.. I know I very much avoid calling.. but getting legal papers is pertinent.

    I'm so upset with the attorney I would have paid for the postage and copies just have him send it from his office , but I guess all that I paid up front wasn't enough for him to do his job. My son needs these papers for him to file his complaint and for the appeal.

    Your welcome.. I have had some strange things come back... and somewhat inconsistent.  Took about a month for some to come back.. others two weeks. Makes communication difficult.

    Thank you, I looked up the rules for ca doc and it's basically the same as in your state.

    Sorry to hear that.. I am not sure I have the answer.. FL DOC says legal docs over so many pages have to be approved from the warden.. I have tried to send my guy stuff and have gotten my mail rejected.. fortunately mine wasnt a must....hope that helps at all!
