Just found out Dallas withdrew his plea for the robbery and is taking it to trial so worried now more they could give him life but he said they can't give him more than what the plea was said won't get more than 13 yrs anyone know if this is true

    I've tried telling him to take plea but he won't listen his older brother Caleb is already serving his time for same crime both have lied so much I'm scared the one driving ain't served one day in jail and won't and she also lied

    You really might want to check on that a plea is so you don't go to trial the jury only goes by what the charge is check it out PLEASE !!!! Different sentences for different charged stay strong
