New to the club

As a mother I have joined a lot of clubs pertaining to my children. This however is one that I never dreamed I would become part of. After 6 years of psychiatrists, I feel that the only people that can truly relate to what I'm going through and how I feel are other mother's who carry the same pain everyday.

    I haven't gotten to read a lot on this website, but what I have, I have found to be comforting. My friends and family, what few I have left, tell me I should write a book or send my story, or shall I say my son's story, to a movie producer. I'm pretty sure all of us mothers think our story is one of a kind, but in the end we're all here for the same reason. I just know that the only comfort I have been able to find is talking to others, hearing their stories and telling mine.
