Mothers Day

April 10Dear Son,The Joker. He sits on my bureau for now looking at me. I was delighted to receive him. And even though you may not think that it was much, I'd like to describe what it meant to me to have it from you.Mainly the aura that I could feel from the card was real. I could feel you all over that card. And knowing that the last place that the card was, was in your hand, made it all the more meaningful. The scent was not unlike that of the plastic toys that you used to like me to buy for you. It was soft, like your skin was when you were a baby, and in my hand, it warmed just like your skin would have been.In other words, it signified more to me as my son, than any thing or object you could purchase in a store. Such is the meaning behind the holidays that we are going to celebrate with each other over the years.I love you more than life itself. Stay strong, and stay you.Mom
