  • Thank you for your words of encouragement only us mothers understand
  • Oh Reba, that is the hardest thing (seeing our sons cry) I got very teary eyed just reading that statement from you.  Brings back sad memories when I would visit my son or get a phone call and he was crying because he wanted to come home. My son has Asperger's with a mentality of a 13 year old, how can you put someone with a 13 year old mind set in prison?? I'm crying again right now.

Why are people telling you to stop visiting and sending money? You stay strong also and do what you feel is best for YOUR son. God bless him and you.

  • I know how you feel. I went and saw my son yesterday and he was crying because he misses everyone so much. All we can do is try to stay strong and be there for them. I have alot of people telling me to stop visiting and sending money and that is hard because he is my son and I always will be there for him. I love this group  because there is no negativity only words of encouragement. Ill be praying for you and your son and hope that all goes well for you. This is a long and hard road for us mothers but I think the unknown is the hardest. I dont know how long my son is going to be gone. He is getting extradited to another county so I have to start over again and figure out the calling system and visitation. Hang in there Your son needs you to be strong for him......

  • Thank you Mary. This is definitely the hardest thing we have ever been through. Prayers to you and Sam as well.
