Hello I don't know how to create a profile page?

The link for the profile page wasn't working when I tried it last.

I have one son in jail. He's 18 and he's been there for a few months now. I'm hoping he'll get probation and just get to do a program and I guess go to a Rehab, but I'm not sure if that's what'll happen or not.
