My son just called me said he was at canteen when he was going back to his dorm he was threatened by another inmate and he had a knife tucked under his shirt told my son if he didn't give him his stuf

My son just called me said he was at canteen when he was going back to his dorm he was threatened by another inmate and he had a knife tucked under his shirt told my son if he didn't give him his stuff he would stab him. I am so upset cause he said if he told would make it worse. Oh God please help

    I was just looking back over some of my emails throughout my first joining MISS. I am pleased that I am still on track with my mission to get my son Luke either Pardoned or get a Commutation of sentence. (reduction). it has been a very long journey and even lonely at times. My sons dad is deceased...for 12 years now..and that side of the family are so ego inflated that they are impossible to deal with. I wrote my campaign letter to Atty. General in NY and AZ. I have also written back to Pres. Obama. and at least 10 other entities of the Govt. both State and Federal...I have no plan on slowing down until my son comes home and the laws are changed for the mentally ill. Thank you all for allowing me to come into your heart's and home per this site.

    It could have been a test to see what your son would do. My son had to lock horns with another inmate and my son went to a place in his head where he knew he would have to go. He beat the guy to a bloody pulp and kept beating him after the guards told him to stop. He got maxed so bad that he was foaming at the mouth and then thrown in the hole for a month. He was just 21at the time. So sad that they have to acclimate to that culture..but they do if they want to survive. I freaked out..called the DOC liaison screaming for help because they put him on a closed yard from the hole..locked down for 23hrs a day for the next year. They are not suppose to do that to mentally challenged people but the liaison told me that Luke was" right where he was suppose to be". Dumb a s s. B I t c h. I called the ACDL. The AZ center for disabilities law dept. They took their sweet time in responding so I wrote to President Obama. I had to take some action to feel like I was heard. People said I was crazy and that he would never respond..but he DID. You have to take action..and really let everyone know who would make a difference! One story at a time. Because we DO matter.

    He is in a safe dorm this happened when he came out of canteen going back to his dorm. The inmate with the knife was waiting

    Oh no...something has to be done!!! :-( How in the world do these guys get weapons?? I am praying for you and and your son. Hugssss
