Please meet Tariq. He will be sixteen next Sunday. He will be celebrating it in Juvenile detention. He was charged as an adult, for a crime he did not do. He is my third son. One of my main artery. Jaamar is my second oldest. He has been charged as well for the same case. Because they are brothers...that's all. Oh! And because the alleged shooter made a false statement, retaliating because my youngest took the responsibility of his part. He had to make a point and incriminated my son.
